Legal information
Terms of service
In force from: 01.11.2026
The Estonian version of these terms is the legally binding one. Translations are provided for convenience.
Service provider
The service is provided by eServices Group OÜ (registry code 10858534), address Toompuiestee 21, 10137 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail info@eservices.ee, phone +372 661 6000 (hereinafter the “Service Provider”).
Content of the service
The Service Provider allows the Client to use the Service Provider’s address as the legal and/or postal address of the Client’s company, according to the Client’s choice. The service includes:
- the right to use the legal address for the commercial register entry;
- the right to use the postal address;
- receiving mail addressed to the Client’s company;
- notification of received letters;
- where necessary, forwarding the content of a letter to the Client electronically.
Price and payment
The price of the service is 139 euros per year. The invoice is sent to the Client digitally by e-mail. The payment term is 7 calendar days from the issue of the invoice, unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
Validity and renewal of the contract
The service begins after the order has been confirmed and the first invoice paid. The service is renewed automatically for the next period unless either Party has terminated it in the manner set out in this clause.
Termination of the contract
Either Party has the right to terminate the service by giving the other Party at least two (2) months’ notice. Termination must be submitted in writing (by e-mail) to the contact address of the Service Provider or the Client.
Handling of mail
The Service Provider notifies the Client of a received letter within one (1) business day. By submitting an order, the Client gives the Service Provider general consent to open, where necessary, letters addressed to the Client and to forward their content electronically. After scanning a letter, the Service Provider keeps the paper letter for the Client to collect or for forwarding by post. When parcels or advertising mail arrive, the Service Provider notifies the Client and the Client decides on their further handling. Within reasonable limits, the service covers up to 5–10 letters/items per month; in the case of a larger volume, the Service Provider will contact the Client separately to agree on the terms of the service.
Confidentiality
All information that the Parties learn about each other in the course of providing the service is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided by law.
Processing of personal data
The principles of processing personal data are described in the Service Provider’s privacy policy.
Liability and resolution of disputes
The Parties resolve any disagreements arising from the provision of the service through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Amendment of the terms
The Service Provider has the right to amend these terms, giving the Client reasonable advance notice. Amendments do not apply retroactively to orders already in force.
